Public Library of Youngstown and Mahoning County

With the recent approval of bids for the new branch library to be located at the corner of East High Avenue and Early Road, the project is underway.  The library is a design of The 4M Company.  The General Trades contractor is Brock Builders.  The new building is expected to be ready in September of 2008.
